Conversation: Camille Pradon & Eleni Riga
In the context of Camille Pradon’s solo exhibition Verticales, we are pleased to host a conversation between the artist and Eleni Riga, independent curator and founder of the Office of Hydrocommons.
The conversation will explore recurring themes in Camille Pradon’s work, including movement, perception, and the interplay between personal experiences and environmental transformations. It will also reflect on their two years of collaboration and exchange between France and Greece, offering insights into their shared artistic journey.
About the speakers
Camille Pradon (b. 1993, France) lives and works in Paris. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including at the Manchester Museum of Natural History (UK), Gabes Cinema Fen Festival (Tunisia), and Cité internationale des arts (Paris). In 2025, she presents Hêta [Ήτα], curated by Eleni Riga at the Auberge de France in Rhodes, and Andar semi semi at the Maison des Arts Agnès-Varda in Normandy. Her work is currently on view at the Mucem (Marseille) as part of Lire le ciel. Sous les étoiles en Méditerranée.
Eleni Riga is an independent curator and Greek researcher, founder of the Office of Hydrocommons, focused on ecofeminist art and the politics of water and the body. She has held curatorial positions at MoMA (New York), Eleusis 2023 – European Capital of Culture, and documenta 14, and collaborates with institutions such as Kunsthalle Friart (Switzerland) and Callirrhoë gallery (Athens). She is currently in residence at the Cité internationale des arts (Paris), conducting research on ecofeminist practices in the Mediterranean.
